Richard J. Adubato
CEO & Founder

Richard is responsible for structuring Dyno’s relationships with its key partners and clients. His professional background in strategic development and international finance facilitates working in creative ways with all participants to maximize the value of Dyno’s projects. Richard has been an investment banker, investor and consultant specializing in the media, communications and entertainment sectors for over 25 years. Richard was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Barclays Capital and Managing Director of Media / Communications Mergers & Acquisitions at Schroders, a leading international investment bank. Richard is also the founder of Archard, LLC, a private investment banking and consulting firm. He has led both domestic and cross-border public and private financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for venture capital-backed companies, private equity firms, domestic and multi-national corporations and sovereign governments. Richard has been a student of various martial arts for over 30 years and has earned black belts in Tae Kwon Do. He holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University (PHI BETA KAPPA) and an MBA in Finance from The Stern School of Business, New York University.

Chris Adubato
Vice President

Chris is responsible for the implementation of Dyno’s most innovative projects. He manages relationships with Dyno’s strategic partners and oversees the integration of our multi-faceted marketing programs. Chris has had extensive experience in large database marketing applications and worked for several major corporations such as Prudential Healthcare and Merck Medco as an internal business consultant and marketing segmentation analyst. Chris also has over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He has been responsible for creating entertainment marketing plans, artist development and management for national celebrities, and coordinating the production of major concert events at Garden State Entertainment, LLC. Chris is a professional musician, recording artist and a licensed commercial pilot. He is a member of KAPPA DELTA RHO Fraternity and holds a BA in Business & Economics from Lafayette College.
